Pawn Shop Burglarized In Naugatuck: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A Naugatuck pawn shop was burglarized early Monday morning and police are asking for the public's help identifying some suspects, according to police.

In a news release posted to Facebook, police said the burglary was reported at Coliseum Pawn Shop, located at 59 Rubber Avenue, around 3 a.m. after numerous alarms were received by a security company.

When officers arrived, they discovered the back door had been shattered and its bars had been removed, according to police.

While no suspects or a vehicle were found at the store when police arrived, detectives were able to retrieve some images from the shop's security footage, police said. The photos can be viewed here.
