PALMERTON, Pa. and TANNERSVILLE, Pa. – As the Pocono Mountains enjoy an exceptional winter season fueled by consistent snowfall and peak conditions, Blue Mountain Resort and Camelback Resort are elevating the guest experience with expanded dining and après-ski offerings.

The award-winning resorts have introduced new quick bites, refreshed restaurants and ski-in/ski-out favorites designed to complement busy days on the slopes, giving skiers, snow tubers and winter visitors more options to refuel and unwind throughout the season.

Blue Mountain Resort: Comfort Bites and Après with a View

Blue Mountain Resort, home to Pennsylvania’s highest vertical and recently named among the Top 10 Ski Resorts in the U.S. by the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, continues to enhance its on-mountain dining scene across its 40 ski trails and 54 snow tubing lanes.

New this winter, the Spud Truck debuts with loaded fries and stuffed baked potatoes topped with hearty, comfort-forward ingredients, providing a warm, grab-and-go option for skiers and riders.

Slopeside Pub & Grill, recently recognized by Tasting Table as one of the 14 Best Restaurants in the U.S. with Stunning Mountain Views, offers wood-fired pizzas, barbecue specialties and panoramic views of the Poconos and Little Gap. The venue also hosts live music on Thursdays and Fridays while the Last Run Lounge keeps the après-ski energy going on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional dining options include the Tipsy Taco food truck and Hoppy Trails, which serves craft beer and cocktails outside the Valley Lodge Fridays through Sundays.

Camelback Resort: Ski-In/Ski-Out Dining and Bold Flavors

Camelback Resort, recently named the No. 1 Best Place to Snow Tube by USA Today readers and a Top Ski Resort in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, has introduced new and refreshed dining concepts for the winter season.

New this season, Camelback welcomes the return of Summit House, open Friday through Sunday and serving a selection of hearty sandwiches, soups and beverages. The resort also enhanced Trails End Pub & Grille, a ski-in/ski-out favorite featuring outdoor fire pits and elevated comfort classics such as sliders, hoagies and signature burgers. Enhancing the après-ski experience, the expanded Thirsty Camel patio now offers seven winter fire pits, creating a cozy gathering spot with menu highlights including chicken wings, poutine, cheeseburgers, Reubens, salads and soups.

Additional well-loved dining options at Camelback include Big Pocono On The Go, Rakuda Ramen and the Waffle Cabin, rounding out a diverse culinary lineup for winter visitors.
