NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck Police announced that Indy, a 17-month-old black Labrador joined the department this week, the Republican-American reports.

Officer Danielle Durette summed it up best when describing Indy as a "lover not a fighter." Indy will be able to assist and work with other police departments too.
