Woman Arrested Twice in Same Night, Broke Naugatuck Police Officer's Watch: Police
BREAKING: Police say the woman showed up twice to the same home where there was an active protective order in place.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A woman was arrested twice in the same night and allegedly tried to punch at a police officer and ended up breaking an officer's watch, police said.
Police said at 6:09 p.m. on Jan. 25 officers responded to a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. Michelle Nunez, 41, of Fairlawn Avenue in Waterbury arrived at the victim's house, which violated an active protective order, police said.
She also pushed the victim, and after being charged she was released on a $10,000 bond, police said. Later that same night, 10:24 p.m., police again responded to the victim's address, police said, and Nunez was taken into custody again.

During the booking process, Nunez allegedly pushed and punched at one of the officer's, police said. She grabbed at the officer's wrist, which caused his watch to break, police said.
Nunez is charged with criminal violation of a protective order, violation of conditions of release and third-degree criminal mischief. She was given a $25,000 bond.
