STAMFORD, CT — Putting up a combined $525,300, suspects Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis made bond on Thursday and were released from custody in connection with the Jennifer Farber Dulos murder case, according to media reports.

For Fotis Dulos, who has been charged with murder in the killing of his estranged wife, he posted $420,150, or 7 percent of his $6 million bail. The 7 percent of $1.5 million that Troconis had to post comes to $105,150; both cases contain a $150 court filing fee.

While Dulos walked out of Stamford Superior Court, Troconis was taken straight to Stamford Hospital for an undisclosed reason, according to News 12 Connecticut's Marissa Alter.

All three suspects were arrested by Connecticut State Police on Tuesday, and in an interview with Hearst Connecticut Media State's Attorney Richard Colangelo said the time was finally right this week to level the murder charges.

Physical and forensics evidence collected in the days and weeks following Jennifer Dulos' May 24 disappearance had been tested, leading to "enough probable cause" to file the charges, Colangelo said.

The Duloses were in the midst of a contentious divorce and custody battle over their five children at the time of her murder. The nanny for the children, Lauren Almeida, told authorities that she suspected Fotis might have been involved in Jennifer's disappearance when Almeida could not reach her that day, despite multiple attempts, writes the Connecticut Post.

Fotis Dulos has been charged with felony murder, murder and kidnapping, accused of lying in wait for his estranged wife and then attacking her in her New Canaan home. Troconis and Mawhinney are accused of helping cover up the crime and lying to authorities.

All three are scheduled to appear back in Stamford Superior Court next month, Dulos on Feb. 28; Troconis on Feb. 7; and Mawhinney on Feb. 20.
