Ancient History Visits St. Luke's School
St. Luke's parent, Cliff Fox, guest teaches Age of Pericles class and shares his ancient Greek coin collection.

When was the last time you held an ancient coin more than 2,500 years old? The St. Luke’s Age of Pericles class recently had that chance. St. Luke’s parent Cliff Fox kindly came to St. Luke’s School as a guest teacher and showed his ancient Greek coin collection with the class.
“It is a rare opportunity to be able to pick up ancient history,” said Age of Pericles’ teacher Jim Yavenditti. “This incredible collection is something very few students—high school or college—get to experience hands-on and we are so appreciative he was willing to share them with us.”
