Assault, Disorderly Conduct Arrest In New Canaan: Cops
The incident occurred Monday morning.
NEW CANAAN, CT — A 26-year-old New Canaan man was arrested on third-degree assault and other charges Monday morning after he allegedly punched a victim in the face during a domestic altercation, according to New Canaan police.
Asael Davila, of Forest Street, was arrested at his home at about 7:30 a.m. and was additionally charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Details of the incident were not disclosed. Davila was held in lieu of bail of $10,000 and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Sept. 4.
