NEW CANAAN, CT—A neighbor to the proposed Merritt Village project paved over burial plots, according to a land use consultant.

Consultant Andrew Mellilo said that the eastern portion of the Maple Street Cemetery not owned by the developer of the Merritt Village project has been desecrated with plants, mulch and even a driveway, according to the New Canaanite.
