Civil Suit Filed for Major New Canaan Crash
The alleged DUI crash severely injured a Stamford teen.

A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a Stamford teen who was injured in an alleged New Canaan DUI crash.
The New Canaanite reports that Carol Sung, 51, was allegedly under the influence during the Oct. 30 crash on Silvermine Road, according to the lawsuit.

Sung allegedly failed sobriety tests at the scene, but the hospital failed to test her blood for drugs or alcohol, according to an arrest warrant. A breathalyzer at the scene showed no alcohol in her system, but she did have access to prescription drugs.
