Please accept this notice that Sharon Littzi, M.D. announces her retirement from clinical dermatology practice, effective August 31, 2026. After many years of dedicated service to the Fairfield County community, Dr. Littzi extends her deepest gratitude to her patients for their decades of trust, loyalty, and shared memories.
To ensure continuous, high-quality skin care for all patients, Dr. de Moll of Elite Dermatology Physicians will be the custodian of her medical records.
- Medical Records: All patient charts and medical records will automatically and securely transition to the custody of Dr.de Moll on September 1, 2026, ensuring seamless continuity of care. No patient action is required for this transfer. Your records may be transferred to the dermatologist of your choice or you may continue care with Dr. de Moll.
