Darien's residential real estate market was up in major categories at the end of April, compared with the same period a year ago.
Darien's latest results, reported today by the Darien MLS, showed:
-- A 7.1 percent increase in average sale price;
-- An 18.3 percent gain in sales volume, and
-- Sales up by 10.4 percent.
