Darien's Home Market Marks Gains
Darien's residential real estate market was up across the board for the week ending Friday.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 12 new listings of property for sale;
-- Nine price changes;
-- Eight accepted offers;
-- Three properties going under deposit, and
-- Five closings.
