BEGINNER LEVEL CAMP:
6-12 YEAR OLDS - Blue Star Sports will provide camp lacrosse sticks, although campers are welcome to supply their own lacrosse stick. No other equipment is required.
REGULAR LEVEL CAMP:
8-12 YEAR OLDS - Campers should bring a lacrosse stick, gloves (boys) pads (boys), helmet (boys), Goggles (girls), mouthguard and water bottle.
The curriculum includes - Stick Familiarity, Cradling, Scooping, Running with the Ball, Throwing, Catching, Pass and Recieve on the Move, Shooting, Dodging, Communication, Finding Space and daily Tournaments...and as much FUN as you can handle...
