Grab your girlfriends and let's get creative. Maria Fiora and Beth Prins of TLC center in Norwalk have teamed up for a special women only mini retreat day!
Have you ever wanted to be on dancing with the stars secretly? Or do you really to take some time for yourself-because you are stressed out from work, home or just people!? Maybe you are just in need for a fun day to get re-energized and treat yoursel.
This is a healthy "Sunday Pre-Valentines day" treat for only women.
Join us for an afternoon with an empowering Mediation warm up, a releasing yoga & stretch, a Burlesque meets belly dance session, maybe top some fun club freestyle moves - then end and relax to tarot readings with wine/ martinis and tapas!
You don't have to have any experience in these sessions-just come have fun and get creative.
