Eversource Signs Deals With Large New Canaan Energy Users: Report

NEW CANAAN, CT — Eversource, which is bringing natural gas to town over the next few years, has signed gas deals with five major entities in New Canaan, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.

New Canaan High School, Saxe Middle School and East School will receive natural gas in the next year, as will Waveny LifeCare and the New Canaan YMCA, according to the publication.

The utility company is about to expand its natural gas coverage into town by bringing in nearly five miles of gas lines from Stamford down Routes 106 and 124.
