Family Releases Statement On Jennifer Farber Dulos' 51st Birthday
The New Canaan resident and mother of five has been missing since May 24.

NEW CANAAN, CT — She has been missing since May 24, and the family and friends of Jennifer Farber Dulos want you to know that she remains the focus of their love on what is her 51st birthday on Sept. 27.
In a statement released Friday, Carrie Luft, spokesperson for Jennifer Dulos' family and friends, said she hopes that people will conduct "gestures of kindness" in her honor on her birthday.
"Today, September 27, is Jennifer's fifty-first birthday," Luft wrote. "We miss her more than words can say. In Jennifer's honor, her family and loved ones would like to encourage gestures of kindness – send a loving note to a friend, assist a person in need, tell a child they're special."

Jennifer Dulos was last seen after dropping her five children off at school, and her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, and his ex-girlfriend Michelle Troconis have been charged in connection with her disappearance.
New Canaan and state police have conducted multiple searches for Jennifer Dulos in the weeks following the disappearance but have so far come up empty. Authorities, however, have collected a lot of evidence in connection with the cases against Troconis and Fotis Dulos.

Additionally, New Canaan police have pored over hundreds of tips in the case and continue to actively work on leads and information. The department has stopped releasing updates on the case per a court-imposed gag order.
"Jennifer has now been missing for more than four months. The heartbreak goes on even as time moves forward," Luft wrote. "Thank you to the New Canaan and Farmington-Avon communities for the ongoing support and solidarity. And, as ever, we are deeply indebted to the New Canaan and Connecticut State police for their tireless and dedicated efforts in Jennifer's case.
