Missing Mom Case: Fotis Dulos' Attorney Seeks End To Gag Order
Norm Pattis reportedly filed an appeal with the state Supreme Court to overturn a recent gag order in the Jennifer Farber Dulos case.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Attorney Norm Pattis has filed an appeal to the state Supreme Court to overturn the recent gag order imposed on him, prosecutors and law enforcement in commenting on the criminal case involving his client, Fotis Dulos, reports News 12 Connecticut's Marissa Alter.
Stamford Superior Court Judge John Blawie said this month that he imposed the gag order in an effort to ensure a fair trial for Dulos, who is facing charges in connection with the disappearance of his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos.
Pattis argues that the gag order is unfair to his client on a First Amendment basis, in part because law enforcement officials have leaked information in the case that Pattis would not be able to respond to under the order, reports the Stamford Advocate.
