Four Single-Family Homes Approved on Park Street

NEW CANAAN, CT—The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a plan to build four single-family homes at 137-143 Park Street.

There will be a single access way from Park Street for the four homes, according to the New Canaan Advertiser. Plans call for each home to have a two-bay garage.

The applicant must submit additional plans for air conditioning compressors and generators that will be placed on the property.
