Jennifer Dulos Was Never In 'Human Grave' Prosecutor Says: Report
Chief State's Attorney Richard Colangelo said in a recent interview that Jennifer Dulos' body was not buried at a property in East Granby.
NEW CANAAN, CT — A hole that resembled a "human grave" in East Granby never contained the body of Jennifer Farber Dulos, Chief State's Attorney Richard Colangelo told the Greenwich Time in a recent interview.
Prosecutors believe the hole at the Windsor Rod & Gun Club in East Granby was dug by Kent Mawhinney, an attorney and friend of the late Fotis Dulos, Jennifer's estranged husband who was accused of kidnapping and murdering her. Fotis Dulos committed suicide in January, and Jennfer Dulos' body has not been found.
Mawhinney, who remains in custody, and Michelle Troconis, Fotis Dulos' ex-girlfriend, are facing conspiracy to commit murder charges in connection with the crime, and are due back in court later this month.

Colangelo will argue in Stamford Superior Court on Tuesday to have the case against Fotis Dulos dropped now that he's dead, though his attorney, Norm Pattis, will argue to have the case continue, in an effort to clear Fotis' name.
