Lawyer Friend Of Fotis Dulos Loses Custody Of Children: Report
Attorney Kent Mawhinney, who has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the Jennifer Farber Dulos case, remains in jail.

HARTFORD, CT — Kent Mawhinney, the attorney and friend of Fotis Dulos who has been charged in connection with the killing of Jennifer Farber Dulos, has lost custody of his twin boys, reports the Hartford Courant.
Monica Mawhinney, his first ex-wife, has been granted sole custody of the two boys, aged 15, after she convinced a Superior Court judge that the boys were "significantly disappointed, embarrassed and afraid" of their father. The couple divorced in 2010; a third child, who is now an adult, is not part of this custody matter, according to the publication.
Kent Mawhinney, who lives in South Windsor, also is in the midst of a second divorce, and he faces criminal charges in connection with that situation, too.
