Letter To The Editor: Come To New Canaan's Family 4th Fireworks

To the Editor:

On behalf of the Family Fourth Committee, I would like to invite everyone to attend the upcoming 39th Annual New Canaan Family Fourth Celebration in Waveny Park on the 4th of July.

This great tradition is funded solely by the sale of passes and generous contributions of benefactors. Your direct financial support makes this great New Canaan event possible; whether you drive-in or walk-in, please buy an entrance pass. Passes are available as follows: on-line at newcanaan.info, Walter Stewart’s Market, New Canaan Toy Store, Baskin-Robbins, Recreation Department in Waveny House, Gates Restaurant and the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall.

It should be another memorable 4th of July celebration……an outstanding evening of family fun, wonderful music with two great bands, children’s bouncers, and delicious food and a fantastic fireworks display. New this year will be food from Gates Restaurant, cupcakes from Forever Sweet Bakery, artisanal fudge from Chocolate Moonshine and repeating will be several gourmet food trucks offering a variety of American, Italian, Pacific, Filipino, and Nuevo Latino food. Bring your appetite!
