
Stress is bad for you, really bad for you. Stress is bad for your physical and emotional health, your performance and success and your relationships. AND IF you are a parent, stress significantly affects your ability to be a good parent, to your child, no matter their age. That's the bad news!
Now for the good news! Meditation is a powerful weapon in the fight against stress. What's more it's easy to do, takes only five minutes a day, it can be done ANYWHERE and it has the potential to transform your life. And I can help you meditate for free!So why are so few people meditating? In my recent survey (of moms) only 20% were meditating on a regular basis, but 81% wanted to learn. They said they were not meditating because they didn't have time (what, you don't have 5 minutes to make yourself more happy, healthy and successful?), they were too busy (what, you don't waste 5 minutes every day doing something unproductive), they would feel silly (who's gonna see you?) and they didn't know how (well that's where I come in!).
So, as I am a Health and Happiness Coach, and an author of a personal development book for mothers and my kids tell me I have a droney voice that makes them want to go to sleep, I decided, I should be the one to teach help moms (and anyone else, who wants freedom from the burden of stress,) to meditate, in a free online 14 day program! On the website, you'll find a short video, explaining the program. Sign up and every day for two weeks, I will send you a unique meditation (video or audio). For 14 days I that will show you how meditation can be a magic wand against stress. The program also includes journaling exercises, to help you move beyond stress, to be more happy, healthy and successful! Just to warn, any not-moms (I'm sure that's a real word!), the text in these meditations is often about being a mom, but the meditations and journalling are for everyone!
