Man Faces Charges in Theft from New Canaan Restaurant
The suspect was one of two men who made a delivery to the eatery.

A 35-year-old man is facing a fifth-degree larceny charge in connection with the theft of cash and an iPhone from an Elm Street restaurant.
The theft and arrest of the suspect from New Jersey occurred Oct. 14, according to The New Canaanite.
New Canaan Police said they received a report that two delivery men swiped $59 and the phone from the office of the restaurant. One of the men was apprehended a short time later.
