Man Used Cell Phones To Take 'Up Skirt' Photos: New Canaan PD
Police say the suspect took photos of women in New Canaan, Norwalk and Stamford.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A 37-year-old Norwalk man has been arrested by New Canaan police on 12 counts of voyeurism with malice for allegedly taking "photographs and videos of women under their skirts without their knowledge or consent."
Patrick Bowdoin, of Fairfield Avenue, surrendered to police on Monday following a months-long investigation.
"In late December 2017, the New Canaan Police were contacted by a victim of the Voyeurism and an investigation began," wrote authorities in a statement. "The 12 incidents of Voyeurism that were discovered took place in New Canaan, Norwalk and Stamford (locations will not be provided as to protect the identity of the victims)."

Bowdoin is alleged to have used cell phones to shoot the photos and videos, and New Canaan police obtained search warrants for them, and for Bowdoin's computers.
Additional details were not disclosed, but Bowdoin was released after posting a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on March 26.
