Merritt Village Development Approved in New Canaan

The Planning and Zoning Commission put several conditions on the project.

NEW CANAAN, CT—The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved up to 110 units for the Merritt Village development.

Originally the proposal called for 123 units, according to the New Canaanite. Some parts of the building will reach four stories.
There were a total of 65 conditions put on the development by the commission. Some conditions include one underground garage instead of two and to have a project liaison to keep an open line of communication with neighbors.
