Neighbor Appealing New Canaan Sober House
The neighbor contends that a zoning enforcement official's ruling was wrong about the use of the house.
NEW CANAAN, CT — A neighbor is appealing the West Road sober house March 6.
Thom Harrow contends that the sober house at 909 West Rd. isn't a permitted use of the building, according to the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting agenda.
Previously town officials said that federal law protects the right to use the building as a sober house.
