New Canaan Country School Names New Director of Alumni Affairs

NEW CANAAN, CT — Holly Donaldson, a 2004 graduate of the school, has been named Director of Alumni Affairs at New Canaan Country School, effective July 1, the Country School announced.

Since 2011, Donaldson has served in various fund-raising capacities for AmeriCares, the global health and disaster-relief organization headquartered in Stamford.

Donaldson recently relocated to New Canaan, and has been described as "an ambitious fund-raising professional with strong experience and a positive attitude."

She is a graduate of Country School, having attended the Pre-K through grade 9 school for 10 years, followed by The Taft School and Hamilton College where she attained a B.A. with honors in Public Policy.

In a statement, she says she has fond memories of Country School rites of passage such as the ice skating program, the fifth grade Medieval Faire and the eighth grade World Congress.
