New Canaan High Internships Wildly Popular
More than 80 percent of students applied for the program this year.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The Senior Internship Program at New Canaan High now has 83 percent of seniors applying in hopes of getting an internship at a local business.
New Canaan High is seeking host sites to accommodate the surge of interest, according to the New Canaanite.
The program started in 2011 with just four percent of students serving as interns; last year 60 percent became interns.
