New Canaan High School Superlatives Section Out This Year
Some students were being elected with sarcastic undertones, teachers said.
The superlatives section of the New Canaan High School has been done away with this year.
The section names students best dressed, best sense of humor and about 100 other superlatives, according to the New Canaan Advertiser. Some students were being elected with sarcastic undertones.
Yearbook instructor James Zambarano said the purpose of the yearbook is to unite the school and the superlative section wasn’t doing that.

Some complained that voting was rigged by Zambarano monitored the process and said there is no way it was rigged.
