New Canaan Library Rebuild Anticipated
Town bodies will meet next month to discuss a proposal.
NEW CANAAN, CT—The Board of Finance and Town Council are expected to meet in September to hash out a possible rebuild of the New Canaan Library.
Meetings have been held to talk about acquiring a nearby 19-acre property, according to the New Canaanite.
The project isn't guaranteed. As it stands about two-thirds of the library is usable and there are issues with infrastructure.
