New Canaan Man Charged with Risk of Injury to Minors
The man was arrested after a domestic dispute, police said.
NEW CANAAN, CT — A New Canaan man was charged with risk of injury to a minor after a domestic dispute on River Street Jan. 22, police said.
Police responded to a residence on the street around 10:33 a.m. on a report of a dispute between two occupants.
Jiwen Chan, 42, was charged with two counts each of risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
