New Canaan PD Seeks Surveillance Video To Aid Jennifer Dulos Case
Police Chief Leon Krolikowski reached out to New Canaan residents Monday for help in solving the missing person case. Hear the audio call.
NEW CANAAN, CT — As the missing person case of New Canaan mom Jennifer Dulos stretches in to its 11th day, New Canaan P0lice Chief Leon Krolikowski has reached out directly to local residents for help in solving the case.
In an audio message on Monday - the same day estranged husband Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis appeared in court in connection with Jennifer's disappearance - Krolikowski asked residents and businesses for surveillance video that might help with the disappearance timeline.
"This investigation has established a timeline of when Jennifer went missing, and as part of this timeline, we seek video surveillance from homes or businesses that have cameras, which capture vehicular activity on roadways," Krolikowski states. Listen to the audio call below.

The department asks that if you have surveillance video, save it from Wednesday, May 22, 2019, to Saturday, May 25, 2019, and send an email to Officer Kelly Coughlin at kelly.coughlin@newcanaanct.gov with your contact information. Do not send the actual video, only send an email with word that you have video and your contact information; Off. Coughlin will contact you with instructions from there.
The search for Jennifer Dulos continues, and on Monday, members of the FBI were in Waveny Park again looking for clues, reports News 12. Additionally, residents throughout the community have left lit candles on their front porches in a sign of support and hope for her safe return.

In Hartford on Tuesday police were searching a garbage collection plant for evidence, reports Fox 61. Fotis Dulos and Troconis are accused of dumping bloodstained items in trash receptacles and storm drains in Hartford in connection with Jennifer Dulos' disappearance, according to their arrest warrants.
WTNH-TV writes that the search of the refuse facility is expected to last a few days.
At Norwalk Superior Court on Monday, bail for both Fotis Dulos and Troconis was maintained at $500,000 each by Judge Stephanie McLaughlin on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and first-degree hindering prosecution. Troconis bonded out, while Dulos remains in custody.
As part of her release on bond, Troconis had to surrender her passport and agree to wear to a GPS monitoring device.

This is an important message from Chief Krolikowski of the New Canaan Police Department.
New Canaan Police and the Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad are investigating the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.
This investigation has established a timeline of when Jennifer went missing, and as part of this timeline, we seek video surveillance from homes or businesses that have cameras, which capture vehicular activity on roadways.
If you have a surveillance video system at your residence or business, and it captures vehicular activity, we request that you save the video from Wednesday, May 22, 2019, to Saturday, May 25, 2019, and to please e-mail Kelly.coughlin@newcanaanct.gov with your contact information and address. Please do not send any video content.
We will provide additional information to those who e-mail Officer Coughlin.
