New Canaan Police Arrest Man for 2nd DUI in a Week
His BAC was three times over the legal limit, according to police.

A Norwalk man was arrested in Norwalk and New Canaan twice within a week’s time for DUI.
John Strout, 44, was first arrested for DUI on Dec. 6 in Norwalk.
He was arrested again on Dec. 12 in New Canaan in the Marvin Ridge Road area.

His vehicle impacted a guard rail and came to rest on top of it, police siad.
He failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, according to police. Subsequent breathalyzer tests showed results of .24 and .25, both at least three times over the legal limit.
