Officers Dan Gulino and Rex Sprosta also received recognition for their continued work in providing driver training classes to both seniors and young drivers. This education program is held at New Canaan Police Headquarters.

Accident Reduction Success

Thus far in 2015, as compared to the same time period in 2014, our Department has reduced motor vehicle accidents by nine (9) percent. This success is the direct result of the hard work and determination of our officers who have targeted enforcement at locations that have unacceptable rates of motor vehicle accidents.

Our Department is committed to traffic safety.
