New Canaan, CT- The Town Council is expected to vote July 20 on establishing an Ethics Board to deal with alleged violations of the town's code of ethics.

The board would handle complaints made to the town's attorney by town employees and concerned citizens about government officials, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
