New Canaan Radioshack Employees Stole 15 Cell Phones: PD

NEW CANAAN, CT — A local man was arrested after police investigated the theft of 15 phones from Radioshack, police said.

Police were called to the store Jan. 20 about the theft by store employees. The phones are worth more than $8,500.

An arrest warrant was issued for Brandon Amezquita, 22, and he turned himself in on Feb. 18.

He was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy for the same. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
