New Canaan Releases Top 10 Grand List

New Canaan has released its 2015 grand list.

The value of all taxable property in New Canaan went up by $85.3 million from 2014 to 2015, according to the New Canaanite. The total value of taxable property in town is more than $8.22 billion.

The top three on the list are:

1. Country Club of New Canaan assessed at $28,490,770.
2. Town Close Associates Ltd Partner at $25,316,200.
3. New Canaan Lumber Co. at $17,558,443.
