NCHS Girls Host Darien for Championship

The girls basketball team will host rival Darien in the championship game of the annual La Vista tournament on Thursday at 5 p.m.
The Rams defeated Greenwich 46-28 on Tuesday while Darien, the defending champions, returned to the final with a 39-32 victory over Foran.

Thursday's game is a non-league contest as the teams will meet again later in the season.
The New Canaan boys, who are still looking for their first win of the season at 0-4, will take on Stamford Academy in the consolation game of the boys tournament at Darien at 3 p.m.

The Rams fell to Greenwich 56-42 on Tuesday while Stamford Academy lost to Darien, 65-34.
