The girls attended the pregame shootaround and got to meet many of the Knicks' players.

The girls basketball team goes for its ninth win of the season Friday when it hosts Trinity Catholic in a 5:45 p.m. start.
The Rams (8-4) are coming off a 59-54 victory over Ridgefield on Tuesday that allowed them to clinch a state tournament berth.
Kelly Armstrong scored a season-high 23 points for New Canaan, which needed to rally from a 35-23 halftime deficit on the road.
With eight games remaining in the season, the jockeying for FCIAC playoff position has begun. The Rams currently hold the eighth spot with a 6-4 league mark, just ahead of Westhill and Darien, who are 5-4.
Trinity Catholic (6-6, 5-5) is further behind, so this is an important contest for both teams. The Crusaders have dropped three in a row, however, and are coming off Tuesday's 57-49 setback to Darien.
The New Canaan boys could be in for a long night at Trinity Catholic (7 p.m.) as the talented Crusaders appear to have righted the ship.
After falling to St. Joseph 65-61, Trinity Catholic (7-3) handed Danbury its first loss last Friday, 65-55, then drubbed Darien 80-43 on Tuesday.
New Canaan fell to 1-9 following a 64-38 loss to Ridgefield on Tuesday.
