New Canaan Voted for Foley

Foley beat McKinney by 138 votes in New Canaan.

New Canaan voters selected Tom Foley as their GOP candidate in the Aug. 12 primary election, with 465 votes for Foley to 327 votes for state Sen. John McKinney (R-28).

Foley ultimately won the statewide vote. He will go up against Democratic incumbent Dannel Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman on the Nov. 4 gubernatorial ballot.
