New Member Named To New Canaan Board Of Education
The new member replaces Republican Sangeeta Appel, who is moving to New Jersey

NEW CANAAN, CT — Katrina Parkhill, a parent of three children in the New Canaan school system, was unanimously approved this week as Sangeeta Appel's replacement on the New Canaan Board of Education, reports the New Canaan News.
Appel, a Republican member, and her family are leaving New Canaan and relocating to New Jersey, which prompted the need to find someone new for the board.
Parkhill, a fellow Republican and 11-year resident of town, is a former executive with Pfizer, Deloitte Consulting and Anderson Consulting.
