New Wetlands Boundary Drawn for Charter Oak Drive Home
A 6,600-square-foot house is under construction on the property.

A 6,600-square-foot house is under construction on the property, which had to be built closer to the road than originally hoped, reports NewCanaanite.com.
Previous owners of the site tampered with the property, which made locating the wetlands difficult.
