New Zoning Regulation Reportedly Benefits New Canaan's Grace Farms
The nonprofit organization sought for its site accommodate multiple uses.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A single lot will be able to accommodate multiple uses, according to a narrowly approved new regulation by the New Canaan Planning and Zoning Commission this week, a measure that was championed by the Grace Farms Foundation, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.
The nonprofit organization, which owns an 80-acre site on Lukes Wood Road in New Canaan, has been at odds with some neighbors for seeking to use the site for more than one use.
Grace Farms is seeking to add club and philanthropic uses at its site, writes the publication, yet some commission members fear that approving multiple uses will result in other organizations seeking additional uses, too.
