One Vehicle Stolen, Another Burglarized in New Canaan
The stolen vehicle had its keys inside, the burglarized vehicle was left unlocked.

A vehicle was stolen out of a New Canaan driveway and another one was broken into not far away, according to police.
A resident of North Wilton Road reported to police shortly before 4 a.m. on June 13 that there was a suspicious person standing in his yard.

The suspicious person ran away when the resident went outside, police said. The resident checked his unlocked vehicle in the driveway and saw it had been entered. His wallet containing $400 and a debit card was taken.
The person was about 6’3’’ and 200 pounds.

Police got a report of a stolen vehicle hours later shortly after 6:30 a.m. in the area of Canoe Hill Road.
The complainant told police that the vehicle was parked June 12 around 11:30 p.m. with the keys in the vehicle.
The 2010 black Land Rover was recovered in Bridgeport around 8:40 p.m. the same day.
There was no damage, but $150 in cash and a bag with a digital camera valued at $800 were missing.
