Paving Delayed Due to New Canaan Natural Gas Plan
Some streets that were set for paving will have projects pushed back due to a planned natural gas route.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Town officials decided to change around the town's paving schedule after coordinating with Eversource on planned natural gas routes. Eversource is aiming to get natural gas to town by August 2018, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Springwater Lane, Adams Lane and Hillcrest Road paving will be delayed and White Birch Road and parts of Ponus Ridge Road will be paved instead.
Davenport Ridge to Jelliff Mill is Eversource's natural gas path plan. Roads which had delayed paving schedules were paved a few years ago.
