Sung is currently the target of a civil lawsuit that alleges she was driving under the influence when a serious accident occurred on Silvermine Road in October 2014, according to lawsuit complaint.
Sung is accused of rear-ending a vehicle in front of her, which sent it into oncoming traffic and head-on into a vehicle being operated by a Stamford teen.

The teen sustained multiple fractures, a lacerated spleen, contusions and other serious injuries.
Jury selection for the civil trial is scheduled to start in December. Her criminal case is in pre-trial after she pleaded not guilty.
New Canaan Police sought to charge her with DUI, but hospital officials failed to test her blood for alcohol or drugs, according to the New Canaanite. The state’s attorney’s office wouldn’t bring forth the DUI charge and she was instead charged with reckless driving.
