Proposed New Canaan Post Office Parking Plans Detailed
The spots on Locust Ave. will likely be open after-hours and could help boost parking availability for nearby restaurants.
The developer of a proposed Post Office on Locust Avenue said that about half of the parking spaces at the location would be used by its customers during business hours.
The New Canaanite reports that about 13 or 14 of the parking lot’s spaces will be used by customers. The rest of the spaces would be split between employees and a second-floor commercial tenant.
The spots will likely be open after-hours to boost parking availability for restaurants and other businesses in the area.
