Roger Sherman Developer Adjusts Plans
The plan calls for building houses at the property.
NEW CANAAN, CT—The developer who wants totransform the Roger Sherman Inn property adjusted his plan to build less houses than originally proposed.
The original plan called for building eight houses on the property and that number was reduced by one after meeting with town officials, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Developer Andy Glazer's application will be considered at the Planning and Zoning Oct. 25 meeting.
