Roger Sherman Inn Redevelopment Plan Submitted to Town
The plan calls for eight single-family homes on the property.
NEW CANAAN, CT—The town received an application with a plan to develop the Roger Sherman Innproperty into eight single-family homes.
Part of the structure would be demolished and would be transformed into part of one of the eight units, according to the New Canaanite.
About 75 percent of the structure would be retained.
