South School Still Waiting on Window Shipment

The school is waiting for a window shipment from a supplier and about 2/3rds of the windows are boarded-up.

South School isn’t preparing for a hurricane despite its boarded-up appearance.

About two-thirds of the school’s windows are still boarded up after a shipment of new windows was delayed, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

Windows had to be removed in order to remove PCB contaminant from them, which can pose health and environmental hazards.
